Before you order

Happy to help with anything you want to check first. The questions we get asked most are whether an item will fit through a particular doorway or stairwell, whether we deliver to a specific postcode, and what the lead time is on a particular range. Send us the details and we will confirm before you buy rather than after.

Deliveries

Delivery is free on every order to mainland UK addresses and Northern Ireland, with no minimum spend, and we deliver to the room of your choice rather than leaving your order at the door. We are unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands.

Lead times vary by category and are set out in full in our Shipping policy. If you need something by a particular date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Returns

If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, the return is free — we arrange and pay for collection, and you are never charged delivery or redelivery on a faulty item. Please email us within 7 days with your order number and photographs of both the item and the packaging.

If you simply change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to tell us and a further 14 days to get the goods back to us. Change-of-mind returns are at your own cost: contact us and we will arrange collection, which is £100 for a large item and deducted from your refund. We confirm the exact figure with you before anything is booked. If you would rather arrange the return yourself, email us and we will give you the address to send it to.

Mattresses, toppers and pillows can only be returned for change of mind while the hygiene seal is unbroken. A faulty mattress can always be returned.
