Madrid Wooden End Opening Ottoman Bed Oak

The Madrid in oak — a plank-and-panel boxed base with a tall, gently arched spindle headboard, for a country-cottage look rather than an upholstered one.

Unlike the upholstered ottoman bases, this is a complete bed — the boxed base and the headboard together. The mattress is the only thing you need to add.

The base is end-opening on gas struts, over a sprung slatted platform, so there is give in the base as well as the mattress.
